Are you, or do you know anyone who's 50 years of age or older?

Prostate cancer is now the most common cancer in men, however it
can be curable if detected at an early stage! Let's raise awareness!

Annually throughout the UK men’s prostate cancer claims 10,000 lives.
With up to a futher 32,000 new cases diagnosed.

Are you aware that from 50 years of age (and every 2 years thereafter)
you are entitled to have a free PSA blood test from your own GP?

Early prostate cancer can be detected by a combination of:

1) A blood test - PSA (Prostate Specific Antigen)

2) A DRE (An examination of the prostate) by a GP or a Urologist...

To beat this disease, the answer is early
detection, when there are NO symptoms!

A biopsy of the prostate (by a
urologist) may be required to
confirm the diagnosis.
Advanced prostate cancer may
cause non-specific symptoms
but is incurable.
