John O'Groats To Lands End, The Hard Way!...
John O'Groats To Lands End.
16th - 24th of September, 2011.
On September 16th. 2011 a group of three former Wales International Rugby players and friends, including Raymond Giles, Andrew Lewis and Simon Hill, will be cycling 200KM’s a day from John O'Groats to Lands End for GLAZE Prostate Cancer, Wales.
They aim to complete the ride over a 7 day period and will document the experience with a digital camera and video. Please support this project as it will help Prostate Cancer patients in Wales to receive the best possible treatment available and help us to bring a Robotic Surgical System to Wales for the first time. We are also Raising Awareness of Prostate Cancer to Reduce the Risk.

Brave the Autumn waters in this grueling Lake Geneva swim...
Sponsor David Williams to swim the 12km from Evian-les-bains to Lausanne on the 4th December, ie swimming from France to Switzerland! This will be a personal challenge in sub-20 degree water, fighting off boats and weird creatures that reside in the 300m deep lake.
