Robotic Surgery to Wales!
Annually throughout the UK men’s prostate cancer claims 11,000 lives, with up to 32,000 new cases diagnosed. They are rare in men under 50, but the condition becomes more pronounced and common with age.

GLAZE Prostate Charity, Wales is the leading charity in the Principality working with medical professionals in the fight against all prostate diseases, benign and malignant. Its mission is to raise awareness, promote understanding and fund both the latest medical equipment  and the training of healthcare professionals.

GLAZE has been significant in funding the centre of excellence for Green Light Laser treatment at the Princess of Wales Hospital Bridgend, which is now an eminent teaching unit Headed by Andy Thomas. The aim for GLAZE today is to raise funds to facilitate the continuity of the Green Light Laser treatment and to sustain the quality of the equipment and the necessary consumables for the future in the Princess of Wales Hospital, treatment centre.

GLAZE needs you! You can help us achieve our objectives by joining in a fund raising event, organising your own event or even simply make a donation online. The pages that follow are aimed to help and inform you of available medical procedures and how to gain relief if you are suffering from any likely symptoms. From all at GLAZE...
